There are three bedrooms upstairs with large closets and built-in dressers. Our bathrooms are updated. This is a quiet and residential street with plenty of parking & our driveway is there for your use. The grounds are equally pleasant. A short walk will take you to Cascadilla Gorge trail, Cornell, the Botanical Gardens, Collegetown restaurants, and grocery. Visit Sage Chapel and get to know the historic campus. Head to the Triphammer Falls a short 10 min walk away. Get delicious food at Collegetown Bagels, Ithaca Beer Company, get Fresh seafood in a yummy Poki bowl, Vietnamese food, Sushi, etc. all within walking distance. Get breakfast at Coal Yard Cafe. Renter is responsible for gas/electric. Internet and water included. City ordinance allows two unrelated people to cohabitate otherwise it must be rented to a family for three or more people. No airbnb sublease. No pets. No smoking or vaping. We also require $130 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Off street parking for 2 cars is available. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
