This is a townhouse with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. I only use secondary 1 bed and 1 bath, which is on ground floor and is isolated from the main home. Most of the house is on first floor which would be used by my room mate. The rent for the same is 2000 monthly if rented fully but I need just one room, only when I am in town. I am mostly out of town and the entire place would be available most of the time. This is the reason why I am asking 1200 dollars. Utilities not included. Personal garage also available. Lease would have to be signed and background check would be done. Lease would have to be signed, the renter would have to get background check.
