King bedroom has the biggest closet space, including hanging space and shelving. Queen bedroom has plenty of closet space and built in drawers. The bathroom is located between the king and queen bedrooms. The third bedroom is located off the living room and is unfurnished. This space can be used for storage or as a guest room (using a blow up mattress). There is a lot of closet space in the storage room, including hanging space, plus built in drawers. At end of lease, prior to vacating: the entire unit must be broom swept, carpet vacuumed. Carpet must be shampooed if there are any spills, spots, or excessive dirt. Must take out your garbage and any perishables in the fridge. Please strip the beds and leave dirty sheets/comforter on the bed. Any appliances must be cleaned to the condition you found them (check microwave/stove/fridge especially). Non smokers only (includes marijuana). Even smokers clothes can lead to the home smelling of smoke. No smoking at all. 1 month then month to month rent. All utilities included, except tenant must pay electric bill if over $150 and water if over $250. Snow removal and lawn care provided at no extra charge. Must give 30 day notice to vacate. I can request tenant to leave with 30 day notice. If in breach of smoking or pet policy, you forfeit security deposit. First month rent for security deposit.
