Large community riverfront park with boat ramp, pavilion, beach, and views of river/downtown. Homeowners association active, but deed restrictions are no longer enforceable (out of date). Mixture of ages. Middle to upper class families. Most homes are waterfront and gulf access. Many homes are also sailboat access.
