Parking is available on the driveway. It is not furnished, but there is room for a queen bed, a dresser, and a couple of other smaller pieces of furniture. The rest of the home is furnished with the basics and the kitchen has most cooking utensils needed. All utilities are included with rent and the house is cleaned monthly by certified professionals. There will be another room for rent after this is filled, though until then the bathroom will be private just for you in the meantime. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited. There is one small dog already on the property, no additional pets/animals will be allowed. All utilities and internet are included with rent. Parking can either be in the driveway or on the street. The lease is month to month.
