The house and acreage are easily accessible from U.S. Highway 87 or U.S. Highway 180. On Highway 87, travel 4.7 miles south of the Hwy 87 and Hwy 180 intersection just south of Lamesa. Then turn east at United Gin, which is CR 25. Go 4.6 miles east to FM 178. Turn south and travel 2 miles to CR 27. Turn east and go 1.4 miles. Or go 7 miles east of the Hwy 87 and Hwy 180 intersection on Hwy 180. Turn south at Key on FM 178 and go 6 miles to CR 27, then turn east and go 1.4 miles. The house was built in the late 1950’s, then added on to in the early 1970’s. The base property tax for 2015 is approximately $1,700.
