Interior units are $1349 and exterior units are $1399. All have a $1200 deposit. All homes have a 1 car garage. All interior units have 2 bathrooms, and all exterior units have 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect, close to many shops, restaurants, and highway access. Minimum lease term of 12 months. We have 1 exterior unit ready NOW and 1 coming up for 10/22. We have 1 interior unit coming available 10/29. There is a $45 application fee per adult. Every person over the age of 18 must fill out their own application. We do not take vouchers. This tour is available any day of the week, 8 am until 7 pm. Pet Policy: 60 # combined weight limit and there are breed restrictions and a two-pet limit. The Pet fee is non-refundable and is $400 for 1 pet, under 25 # and $600 for 2 pets or 1 over 25#. Monthly pet rent is $25/1 and $45/2 or for 1 over 25 lbs. Thanks for inquiring!
