This townhome/apartment style unit has its own separate entrance through the main front door and is the entire 2nd floor of the home. Owners are first floor occupants. Tenant will have their own temperature control and thermostat but no MUD/OPPD bill hassle. Maximum of 2 people for occupancy. Stop circling around looking for parking late at night at a complex and enjoy ample onsite parking on the oversized property. There is a free accessible laundry unit in the basement for the 2nd floor's sole use as the main floor occupants have their own units. There are 2 bedrooms and one bath as pictured. The master bedroom is large enough for a queen sized bed and has a nice sized closet. The second bedroom is on the smaller side for a full sized bed or office. 5 minutes to Offutt, 10 minutes down 13th to downtown Omaha. Several storage unit facilities are also nearby. There is no storage in the basement for tenant use besides very basic things like a bike and subject to approval. If you have large storage needs like many boxes they will have to go to a storage facility. If you are prepared to put down a deposit of $1050 and pay for one prorated month at move in, submit application fee for online application to meet the following criteria we'd love to hear from you: No section 8 No pets, no exceptions No recent bankruptcies No felonies Some aged misdemeanors considered Credit score above 600 No smoking Income: After all monthly debt obligations and rent, tenant should have $500 left over monthly for personal expenses.
