We purchased this home in 1997 and lived in it until 2007. We did a lot of work to improve the home including a 12X24 addition in 2002 that added a main floor bath, laundry room and office space. The home was completely re-roofed also in 2002. We also reroofed the garage. The older bathroom was totally remodeled in 2004. The kitchen/sunroom were made over with new wallpaper, new countertops and tongue and groove paneling. The home has a paved parking pad off the alley, and a small garage. This house has been a rental since 2007. It will be available in June 2018. Neighborhood Description Sandstone is a quiet community that provides regional services to a mostly rural population. Most basic services are available right in town including a library, historical center, music theatre, dentist, medical clinic, grocery (best baggers in the state!), hardware store, and lumber supply company, churches, etc. There is a hospital and clinic 1 block from the house. The immediate neighbors are all very nice. The community built a new k-12 school in 2004. I have served on both the local school board and town council in the past.
