We enclosed our porch to make a very nice family room. Cost to do it was over $50,000 that needs to be reflected in our price. Also we have 4 very nice sheds on the property now. The room is 15 x 21 making it 315 more square feet. We also have a large deck off that room as well as a patio. Please adjust for those. Thank you. Steve Bonner
