    What's special

You will enjoy your stay on Phinney Ridge, one of Seattle's loveliest, most convenient neighborhoods. You'll have the whole house and front patio to yourself. This fully renovated, charming one-bedroom bungalow is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is close to downtown. The bungalow's central location is ideal for exploring all that Seattle has to offer and for business professionals who need to get to the business hot spots of the city. Easy access to freeways also makes Bellevue, Redmond and the rest of the East Side accessible. There is plenty of on-street parking right out front, and several bus stops within blocks. Downtown, Seattle Center and South Lake Union are just 10 minutes away by bus or car. Walk three blocks and you'll be at the Woodland Park Zoo. Depending upon which direction you walk, drive or take a rideshare service, you will find tourist destinations, business centers, restaurants of all styles, lovely parks, grocery stores, coffee shops and a wide variety of stores for fun shopping nearby. The house features hardwood floors, lots of light, new kitchen and bathroom, and sound-minimizing windows. The large flagstone patio and garden out front is perfect for morning coffee, lunch al fresco or a glass of wine and dinner in the evening. The queen-sized mattress in the bedroom is as comfortable as they come. Down alternative comforter and pillows protect against allergic responses, and there is a selection of extra pillows and bedding so that you can find just the right combination for a good night's rest. Blackout shades throughout the house provide plenty of excuses for sleeping in whether you are in the bedroom or on the sleeper sofa. All sheets are high thread count and 100% cotton. A large closet with a built-in dresser features full-length mirrors on the doors. The high quality American Leather living room sleeper sofa pulls out to a comfy queen-sized bed. No hide-a-bed bars here; instead, you will sleep well on a solid sleeping surface with a super comfy mattress. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining nook has stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer as well as all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you will need. Lightning fast, fiber-optic WiFi will keep you connected. A high-definition 40" TV is loaded with all of the standard cable channels and Netflix. Enjoy music on a Sonos speaker streaming Pandora or download the App to play your own collection. There is washer and dryer on-site and an ironing board and iron will help get rid of those wrinkles. Phinney Ridge has the zoo, wonderful restaurants, specialty stores and parks within walking distance. Ballard, one of the hippest neighborhoods in Seattle with shopping and some of the city's finest restaurants, is just down the hill. From there, visit the Ballard Locks to watch the salmon jump up the fish ladders. Keep going and you will find Golden Gardens, one of the most popular beaches in town. Fremont is even closer with lots of shops and restaurants and its famous Bridge Troll. Green Lake, which features a beautiful 2.8 mile running/walking path, boat rentals and a community center, is a short drive or a longer walk through the lovely wooded Woodland Park. Wallingford is 1 mile away and you will only be 2 miles from the University District. Downtown, Seattle Center and South Lake Union are all a 10-minute car or bus ride away. Rent includes utilities
