Tenant is responsible for electric, water, internet and renters insurance. Landowner takes care of trash pick up. Pets: Cat/dog and under 20 pounds, NO fish tanks, mice, snakes, hamsters, arachnids or reptiles of any kind . We require a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee and 80.00 per pet on top of the base rent. Coin Laundry is available on site. This is a secure building with cameras and key code entry on all exterior doors to the building. This is a no smoking building.
