Rental is currently available on a month-to-month basis until May, 2026 PLEASE NOTE $1300 security deposit required with first month rent (deposit will be returned if no damages found upon departure.) $500 non-refundable holding fee required to hold unit for 1-14 days. An additional $500 non-refundable holding fee required to hold unit for an additional 16+ days. These holding fees will be applied to first month rent upon guest arrival to unit. 30-day minimum lease required. Home is fully furnished. Tenant may not move our furniture to bring in their own furniture. Tenant is responsible for shoveling front and back steps and walkways to keep steps clear for emergencies and putting trash bins out for pick-up weekly and then putting them back inside basement.
