Each apartment has a private porch or balcony, and there is convenient parking in front of the building. Walking trails are right outside your front door and Laramie County Community College is across the street. Clover apartments are pet friendly. We offer both short and long term leases. We also offer special lease rates for military personnel. Our typical lease is 12 months. Short term leases are available; please speak to our staff. There is no security deposit. Residents pay a one time, non-refundable $400 move in fee. There is also a $300 move out/cleaning fee at the end of the lease. Resident pays for electric and gas. Internet, trash, water and sewer are included in the rent.
