Park is neat and clean with new houses only. The land around the house is fairly spacious (as compared to some homes in parks that are close and side by side). This house actually has a nice yard in front and back. Ample parking. Using the fireplace saves a lot of money on heating bills! Nice ceiling fan in the livingroom. Only two sets of people have lived in this house. Small dogs and cats welcome in the park. Fairmont is a top mobile home name in the field.
