Spring Valley is a quiet subdivision with one road in/out. It sits on the backside of Saluda Valley Country Club's golf course, and there is little traffic on our roads. Homes are well established homes built in the last 1970s and early 1980s. Mature trees, well maintained homes and properties and minor subdivision covenenats are in place. Residents are friendly.
