I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the month of August. You will be able to move in come early July so you would get to live there for half a month for free as I have already paid for the month of July. Rent is then due on the 15th of July for the month of August. All utilities are included in the rent price. For a parking space or to have a pet in the apartment you will need to contact Mullins Apartments directly. The location of this apartment is not even a 5 minute walk to State St or the nearest bus stop. There is side street parking but if you don't get a parking permit through the City of Madison you will need to move your vehicle roughly every 2 hours once 8am hits. Also there is coin laundry in the basement. Please contact with questions. All utilities included. If you have a pet or need parking you have to go through Mullins Apartments directly
