It has a really nice, bright open kitchen/living room space, two spacious bedrooms (we converted one into an office space), a large balcony, and hardwood floors. The apartment has ample storage space and comes with a storage unit in the building. There is in-building laundry, and gated garage parking is available for an additional $50/month. We also have furniture, including a massive, super comfortable couch (see pics), that we would be happy to sell to you at a reduced price. It's a great space in a super convenient location: just a block from restaurants and shops on Shattuck, and a 10 minute walk to UC Berkeley Campus. Trader Joe's, Berkeley Bowl and Target are all within a 15 minute walk as well. We have loved living in this apartment, but are moving back to the East Coast at the end of March, otherwise we would not give it up!
