It's a duplex on a quieter street (Kenneth Ave) with great access to Riverside/all the student housing near Pleasant Valley. 2 bed / 2 bath with a garage I use for storage (there's room still). Big deck overlooking a creek bed w/ an enclosed yard. You'd get the upstairs room and private bathroom (unfurnished) while the rest of the house has furniture as well as everything you would need in the kitchen (and dishwasher). W/D included. Granite countertops, new appliances, and tile/faux hardwood laminate floors. I don't have a lot of preferences. No pet that doesn't get along with my 1 year old dog (20 lb who-knows-what mutt). He is well-behaved and can't ever get his fill of pets. Dog should be a smaller dog, nothing that is that much bigger than the one I have. Be courteous. Don't keep me up past midnight on school nights. Pay your bills on time. I park in the driveway, but there is always a spot or two on the street in front of the house. The commute is about 12-15 min to DT/campus in the mornings and varies the rest of the day. Walking distance (2-5 min) to a few bus routes. Close to HEB, gym, and many other shopping outlets.
