SPECTACULAR BEACH BUNGALOW-50 FT TO THE WHITE SANDY BEACH OF THE GULF OF MEXICO! This unit is offered as a minimal 1 month rental period beginning in October 2025. The kitchen, bathroom, flooring and fixtures have been fully remodeled using top of the line materials and appliances (see the photos) plus a freshly painted the interior adding all new furnishings and of course we renew all our linens regularly. We also have added an large, flat screen TV with Premium channels and we have WI-FI. Guests return year after year to enjoy the serenity, the sun and the sand and most love to be away from the surrounding more commercialized beach vacation destinations. Our bungalow has 1 bedroom consisting of a queen bed. There is a loft area for children making this an ideal vacation home for a family- sleeping up to 4 people and we maintain it lovingly. The kitchen has all one needs to prepare a feast however; we have some of the finest award winning stops on the Gulf Coast, including Guppy's; Salt Rock Grill; Keegan's Restaurant (famous for its grouper sandwiches); the Original Crabby Bill's; Caddy's on the Rocks; 18 On The Rocks; Jimmy Guana's; Indian Rocks Beach water park; and Villa Gallace as wells as fantastic fishing, surfing and arts/crafts stores. From family dining to seafood dining to casual sand in your shoes dining, we have it all within walking distance. We supply a "starter kit" consisting of soaps, paper goods, 2 towels each, a facecloth each, a dish towel and a hand towel. There is a convenience store 3 mins away and 2 grocery stores, Publix and Walmart, only 2 miles away. The grounds of the bungalow are impeccable and just a few paces along the our private beach path takes you to the Gulf of Mexico and our internationally recognized and award winning white, sandy beaches.. Listen to the waves, the call of the gulls and marvel at the site of Dolphins playing and Pelicans diving for fish. Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater Beach for those who want more activities and we are only 40 mins to Tampa Airport and short hops to many golf courses. Theme parks are all within 45 mins to 1 1/2 hours drive. Founded in the early 1800's Indian Rocks Beach and developed mainly since the 1940's, Indian Rocks Beach is a thriving community that has maintained most of its original character, and supports a lively mixture of recreational activities. There are many annual events such as the popular Arts and Crafts Festival every November and April. and the Holiday Boat Parade where lighted and festively decorated boats will cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway during the year-end holiday season. Indian Rocks Beach is truly one of the last Old Florida Beach Towns. The city and residents plan to keep it that way. There are many venues offering live music in Indian Rocks Beach with a noise moratorium of 10:00 p.m. each evening. Other wonderful features of this location is it is close to a Beach Trolley stop. The Trolley will take you north into Clearwater Beach and south into St. Petersburg Beach - never have to drive your own car! Indian Rocks Beach has many parks and Kolb park is one of three Pinellas County parks to open a "skate park" which is located across the street from City Hall. Besides the skate park, there are other amenities such as tennis courts, a playground, and baseball field for others to enjoy. We also have a Nature Preserve Park with a winding boardwalk that will take you on a tour of some of the most beautiful natural settings along the Intracoastal Waterway First month's rent and one month of security deposit required to move in.
