Property is secluded and under security watch and patrol but not gated. There are no utilities included, however, the A/C and water heater are newer and therefore very efficient. This unit was completely remodeled in 2019 including tile flooring, new vanities, Ceiling fans, faucets and paint. This condo will be ready for long term occupancy on or before July.15, 2022. Security deposit is due immediately upon tenant approval. Condo will be available on July 15, 2022 or sooner. Tenant is still in property until July 1st and I will need time to do any cleaning or repairs. Pets are allowed with a $350 nonrefundable fee as long as your pet is under 35 lbs and is not on the Dangerous Species List. This will be a 1 year minimum lease. Please use the Zillow rental application so the screening process will take less time. Zillow will do credit checks, background checks including eviction and criminal background. If there is more than 1 adult applying, both will need to do an application. You must apply and do full background and credit checks on Zillow before being allowed a showing of the property.
