I currently live with my dog Drax (you can see him in one of the pics I posted) and one additional roommate, Joel. Enough about me, let's get into the space for rent. First off, this listing is for a private bedroom and shared bathroom (shared with Joel). The kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms are also equally shared spaces. The room will only be rented to individuals (1 person). I am not considering couples or individuals with pets. The house is 1500 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and sitting on 1 acre with a fully fenced backyard and great mountain views. Our most recent addition to the home is a new hot tub, free to use for all roomies and cleaned regularly. The room for rent fits a queen size bed and will come unfurnished. There are two living rooms, both fully furnished, a dining room, and kitchen that are furnished and have all of the essentials (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, etc). Laundry room with shared washer and dryer. I'd prefer you have your own cooking stuff, dishes, utensils, etc but there is plenty of cabinet/fridge space to store kitchen essentials.
