Pets: Maximum of 3 dog/cat combo is allowed, no more than 2 dogs or 2 cats. All cats/dogs must be spayed/neutered, including ESA animals. We require a PetScreening profile for each Dog and Cat. Monthly pet fees are $20/dog and $10/cat, there are no fees for ESA Animals. Aggressive breed dogs are not allowed. In addition, 2 birds, 2 hamsters and fish tanks up to 40 gallons are allowed.
