One feature I would enjoy, is the South/East view from front porch that is shared with Unit #1 - has plenty of sun and view to enjoy. There is a large shared back yard that rarely gets used. Month to month agreement. You are responsible for rent every month, and You pay for utilities and garbage that wont fit in container, tires, beds etc. No smoking inside at all . No pets would be the goal, not that we haven't made exceptions....
