Nice, quant home in a very nice & quiet neighborhood. House is clean, well kept, very well maintained, and something we strive to keep in this condition. Small yard, but private 2 car attached garage Ring doorbell and alarm on the property that you have access to (we pay the yearly fee) All appliances work good and we're just updated 18 months ago. Washer and dryer are 3 years old, if they fail we will have new ones delivered no problem. The tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities and yard card other than water and trash (I will cover water and trash) Pets ARE TO BE DISCUSSED. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE. We have had military interest in the past, which is completely fine and wonderful BUT if more than 3 tenants are going to occupy, we have to discuss vehicles. We can't have 2 vehicles per person if there's 4 tenants. So a maximum of 4 vehicles on the property. Appliances and washer/dryer are included and will be maintained if there any failures. Utilities run roughly $500-$650 per month Tenant is responsible for all lawn care and must be maintained properly. Employment verification, income verification are both a must.
