2 Clover Lane is a 2-story split-level (3 levels) with plenty of room for a growing family. For a house that is 50 years old, it is in great shape. When you enter the front door, the family room is to the left with a door to the garage and the immediate right is the office/small bedroom with access to the half bath. The second level is comprised of the living room with a vaulted ceiling, dining room and eat-in kitchen. The living room and dining room are a common area (must see rather then explain). The kitchen is a good size with oak cabinets and fairly new appliances. There is a sliding glass door in the kitchen that leads out to the 10X20 deck. "My favorite place to have breakfast in the spring and summer." The thrid level has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a storage area. The bathroom was redone 3 years ago. The clothes washer and dryer are located in the basement. The house sits on corner property with a split rail fence and public utilities. Look at the Street Level View at the bottom of this page. Neighborhood Description Quiet and plenty of wildlife. "Don't be surprised if several deer walk in front of you!" The nieghborhood is made up of upper-income families and their kids. There are also several elderly, retired couples on Clover Lane who decided to stay in Randolph instead of moving south. The best thing is that if you have young, elementary school level children, he/she can walk to Shongum Elementry School which is just a half a mile away. The Randolph school system is rated one of the best school systems in the state with a high percentage of graduates going to college.
