The bedrooms are dog free and can stay that way if you prefer. I tend to like temperatures about 70 and down to about 65 at night. I do smoke outside only. No drugs or heavy drinking please. I love my coffee in mornings and sitting on porch to listen to the birds/chickens in the distance. Otherwise, I'm working from home in my office/bedroom. You have ability to have the living room to yourself most of time. :-) SHARING HOME WITH 1 ADULT(and dogs) not multiple rooms for rent. 1-2 bedrooms with own bathroom. Considering anyone that is responsible and can verify they aren't trouble! Country setting about 30 mins to Huntsville or Bryan. Front and back porches. Room for 1 horse, if needed. Ideal for older (or non-party lifestyle) student, single parent, or a couple wanting to save some funds. I have dogs that are allowed indoors, but clean every couple of days and use air purifiers. (more for seasonal allergies) Rent is negotiable for anyone that likes yardwork. Prefer someone stable that is thinking more long term (6 months - 1yr.) if I need to move out furniture. Otherwise, it is furnished if that helps.
