Renter pays utilities. Excellent yard, front deck. Landlord carries all insurances except renter insurance, and is local. I would appreciate no smokers, bad experience in the past. I would also like to give my prospects an update. Within 48 hours I've had over 40 requests. I have lined up eight visits but to be above board I think the discriminator will be if you are willing to sign a long-term lease. I think a three-year lease followed by one year options is reasonable, so please consider that request. Renter pays utilities. Landlord pays for other expenses. Looking for long term renter
