This is a quiet area with a wonderful view of the valley and surrounding mountains. It is an ideal area for timely access to Sylva, Franklin, Cherokee, Cashiers and Waynesville. $800 a month rent plus utilities. $800 refundable deposit due at move in. Renter is responsible for payment of electric, propane gas, internet/wifi and trash disposal. The accounts for the utilities are in the landlords name therefore, the tenant will reimburse the landlord for the cost of utilities monthly after presentation of bills from the various utility companies. You will only pay for what you use. Small pets are allowed after approval of landlord. This is a non smoking, non vaping, no drug use property. No subletting
