I am looking to rent it to a responsible individual who needs a comfortable home to lay their head but does not have a lot of possessions. If you are looking for a safe home just to get past the pandemic, I'm happy to rent to you. Or, if you are looking for a new, permanent home, please stay so long that my children are collecting rent from you while I am in a nursing home (hopefully many years from now). Where in this area can you find your own apartment for less than $1,200? Here! You will be close to shopping, efficient commuter highways, health care facilities, and the airport. You will have an assigned parking spot in the underground garage; so, if you don't want to, you will never feel the snow or rain on your head. If you prefer a more urban lifestyle, the South Lakes Shopping Center is a VERY short walk away. You don't even have to cross the street, because there is a pedestrian tunnel under the road. As a resident of Reston, you will have the popular trails and other amenities at your fingertips. I must say that this condo is looking pretty sharp. The kitchen is all new: cabinets, countertop, stainless steel appliances, everything! The bathroom is "mostly new": floor tile, sink and vanity, lighting, etc. All new paint, of course. At 426 square feet, this is definitely "cozy" living. (Think nice hotel room with kitchenette.) But it is modern, comfortable, and has a very warm vibe with the other residents in the building. People are friendly and so is the nice lady in the management office. The heating and air conditioning bill will be practically nothing. I've had the thermostat set to "Off" during both the summer and winter ... the temperature has always remained comfortable. But, of course, you can turn it "On" if you want it toasty in the winter, or chilly in the summer. There is not a lot of storage in the unit itself (the closets are quite small.) But there is an assigned storage closet in the garage for suitcases, holiday decorations, and that old tea set or collection of tools that take up a lot of room, but you just can't let go!
