Venturing outside you will find a spacious and fenced in backyard with a patio, a side mulched area great for entertaining, two raised garden beds, and a fire pit. As well as the backyard you will have a spacious garage that can fit a compact car or be used for plenty of storage. If you do not drive a compact car do not worry! The car port is a great option to avoid the weather as well. Also included is a full, unfinished, basement that has more storage than you will know what to do with. There is a washer and dryer hookup, the washer and dryer will be provided by renter. Pets are allowed (breed must be approved), both cats and dogs, with a two pet max. Each pet will require a monthly $50 fee. Absolutely no animals requiring a tank are permitted. All utilities will be paid for by renter including heating/AC, water, electricity, etc. The yard and upkeep will be maintained by the renter including mowing, snow removal, leaf removal, etc. We will require a 650 credit score and two times the monthly rent as income.
