We are working adults, so we keep a quiet environment. There are two rooms for rent. We are looking for two females. One is 900 and one is 950 for the larger one. Shared common areas. Smoking is ok outside on the patio screened porch. The two rooms will share one bathroom. Both rooms are newly furnished, queen bed, and 50-inch TVs. Includes all utilities and high-speed internet (400 MBS). Plenty of parking. Both rooms have large walk-in closets. We have one cat and one small dog. Month to month lease with a 60-day notice. The security deposit will cover your last month's rent when you leave.
