Landlord will provide monthly extermination service, but the tenant must keep the inside and exterior of the house clean and the garden free of rat attractants (picking up animal waste, not keeping chickens, not feeding birdseed/suet). Garage must be kept free of potential nesting materials. * Tenants may use back yard for vegetable gardening. No outside-living animals allowed (no chickens, for example) due to rats. * Electric heat by plug-in wall heaters; no central heating. No Air Conditioning is included in the rental. Applications will be accepted after the viewing using paper forms, not Zillow. Cost of application is $10. We will call your references and employer. If you meet the parameters and agree to the terms, we will accept Zillow's background check and credit check if you have already paid them, or we can run those for you (cost is $45).
