Beautiful, sunny, 3-bedroom home in Wallingford available for rent in early May 2026 (or potentially mid-April). Main floor has two bedrooms, full shower bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Lower level has one room (some people put a bed in it, but it's not a legal bedroom), a large playroom, full bathroom, laundry room, and a storage area. There is an attached garage, though it is fairly small and has water intrusion during the rainy season, so we generally don't use it for car storage. There is always plenty of street parking at the house and in this area. The property is in a fantastic part of Wallingford, just a few blocks from Hamilton International Middle School, and Wallingford playfield/park/playground. Friendly neighbors and walkable to grocery, restaurants, entertainment. Rent is $5,200, and tenant pays all utilities. The house could be made available in mid-April, if a move-in sooner than May 1 is desired. The house is currently occupied by some tenants, but we can arrange for a zoom tour possibly followed up by maybe a few in-person tours for those who are seriously interested. We accept the normal Zillow screening report, which includes things like employment, income, debts, credit report. It seems the credit report is done by Experian (P.O. Box 4500, Allen, TX 75013) and there's a background check done by CIC. We could deny your application if the credit score is too low, or if there's little employment history or too low income or lots of debt or the background check is unsatisfactory or if it takes multiple applicants to achieve the necessary income levels. As for the Experian credit report, you can dispute the results and obtain a free copy of the report in the event of a denial (though we are not sure how). Because we don't know what it is or how to evaluate it, we do not accept a comprehensive reusable tenant screening report.
