Well appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable full-size bed, plus a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, the condo may be a bit tight for four adults. A maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with two children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience. You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast! You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island! We ask guests to leave no trace - pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee is for deep cleaning, sanitizing, and laundering the linens between guests to make the unit as safe as possible for every stay. Notes: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions! This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region. Condo is fully furnished and rent includes all utilities (water, sewer, trash, power, internet, and cable). Free parking on-site. The HOA rules allow pets for owners only, we can't make exceptions. Condo is available from January 1 through March 31 at the posted rental rate. Could be available longer at a higher rate headed into the summer vacation season. Summer vacation reservations are already being accepted, and availability changes as reservations are made. Don't hesitate!
