You are welcome to come to our upcoming OPEN HOUSES being held on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 23 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 24 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 25 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. All applications are in-person so please bring photo ID if you plan on submitting an application. Monthly Rent is $1,595 per month. Tenants pay ALL utilities and are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Security Deposit is $1,500 and an additional refundable $300 deposit for each pet (we allow a maximum of TWO cats that are spayed/neutered and must be approved by Owners). Each pet requires an additional $25/month in rent. Tenant must get renter's insurance to cover their personal property. Minimum Credit Score of 620 and minimum, total tenant gross income of more than 3 X the Annual Rent ($57,420 a year or more). Our application process requires a credit/background check and costs $42 per adult tenant. We cannot accept prior felonies or evictions. Selected tenant must be prepared to pay the first month's rent and required security deposit by certified check or money order at lease signing. Minimum one year lease and long term tenant preferred.
