This house does have a pool option but tenant must pay for pool to open and closed at time of move in and provide receipts. Home is close to Keys school and 10 minutes from Tahlequah, home also has a 2 car garage. Water bill stays in owners name and we will send you water bill each month. Water bill is due on the 15th of each month, if water is not paid by the 15th there will be a $10 late fee. We do clean checks on the 15th of each month. We will give tenant a 24-48hr notice if you are on the list to be checked. Tenant does not have to be present for us to enter. If you have a pet we do require tenant to have renters insurance. Electric must be put in tenants name before we will release the keys.
