Renter pays for Waste Management, PGE, Propane and Internet (Digital Path). There is a wood stove so tenant will need to get firewood each fall. There are a few breeds of dogs that my insurance company will not allow. Smaller dogs are ok and some large dogs. All pets need to be in at night due to wild animals who roam.
