This trailer has many new renovations and updates. In 2013 the roof was insulated with cellulose blow-in insulation, a new forced hot a ir furnace, and a new outside, fiberglass kerosene tank. The dryer and washer were replaced in 2014. In 2015 the range, hot water heater, refrigerator and flooring were replaced. We do have a dishwasher, new in box to be installed and an over the range microwave to be installed. Also in 2015 the plumbing was fully replaced including an internal heat tape.
