We plan to have another bathroom installed and plan to paint the place. It's a beautiful home with an oasis of a back yard including hot tub. We hope we can make your temporary stay restful. no smoking at all allowed. This rent term is for 6 months only, then the renters must move out. We will not do showings until manager understands what your plan is for housing after lease is up and a qualified application has been received.
