The location: The house is in the best location in DC. Close to Adams Morgan restaurants and U street Corridor. It is 10 minutes or less walk from U street Metro (Yellow and Green Line), or Dupont Circle Metro (Red line). The L2 bus stops 2 minutes from the house. Tennis Courts and Swimming Pool are a block away. The house: An amazing rowhouse with a charm of DC- it is a large group house perfect for young professionals. The house is fully stocked newly renovated kitchen with the modern appliances and with the plenty common storage space. It has a front porch for prime stooping in the nice weather when you can have your grill and sitting area. The Rooms: The rooms are on the second and the third stories of the house. Each floor has a bathroom. The Housemates: We are fun young professionals with different backgrounds, but sturdy jobs in our early-mid twenties working in different sectors of non-profits and gov.
