A beautiful three-bedroom home in East Lake. I love this place. It's a five-minute drive to all the cute shops in East Atlanta Village, 15 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Emory. Large yard, a gorgeous lake that's a 10-minute walk away and friendly neighbors. Excellent floor plan for roommates. I am moving out May 15 and need someone to take over the lease, so you must make enough/ or have a guarantor who can comfortably cover the rent. Applications will be processed through my landlord. If you would like it furnished with a bed, desk, couch, and dining room table (shown in pics), I am asking for an additional $400. Security deposit is $1200 - one month's rent. Pets require a pet deposit. I am scheduling the first showing this Saturday afternoon. Please write me as I would like to time the showings so that we all stay as safe as possible.
