I'm renting bedrooms each for $1100/month all-inclusive /electricity, water, FAST Internet + unlimited Keurig Cups) in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Each Bedroom comes furnished and includes a coffee maker and unlimited Keurig cups. (The lot is an awesome place to wake up in between the beautiful shady trees and have a cup!) The Bedrooms are a large size and both come with ample closet space. Great cheerful house perfect if you're looking for a peaceful, zen, quiet lifestyle.... About me: I'm the most laid back guy you've ever met and will be at the other side of the house. I am very easy to live with, social, and really busy. So I'll mostly be doing my own thing. I've been on the other side of this and yes, I'm pretty normal, have a gf, business degree, full time tech sales job, and love to have fun on the weekend. I got this house because it's 5 minutes to Siesta Key beach! Which is where I'll be at least one day of every weekend. It's also right by Sprouts, Publix, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross etc. and Tamiami Trail (41) has literally everything you could ever want. We'll share common areas, such as living room, kitchen, laundry, hot tub sauna, and amazing back yard. The property features lush tropical landscaping and cool breezes from the mature trees, offering privacy, awesome SHADE, and relaxation. There's also a driveway or you can park on the street. I keep the house relatively clean and well organized. Seeking professional individuals who have similar living habits with good references, secured job, and most importantly a clean background history.
