High Hill Apartments is professionally owned and managed by Shoreline residents, not a big management company. You will get the personal attention you deserve. the best way to contact me is by phone or text, it may take me several hours to respond to emails. One year lease with an option at the end of the lease for a 6 month or one year lease. Water, sewer and garbage is billed by a third party vendor and averages about $50 per month, It's variable by water usage. Parking is $75 for open secured on site, and $100 for covered, secured, on-site. There is ample on-street parking for free. Application fee is $50 per person. Reasonably good credit and an income of about 3X rent is the basic criteria for application approval. We are dog and cat friendly. The owner will ask to meet your dog as part of the rental process. 1 year lease. Security deposit is $500 and cleaning fee is $500. No last month rent required with approved screening. Screening results to show no evictions or collections. Income requirement is approximately 3 times rent. Water, Sewer and Garbage is billed by a third party vendor and costs approximately $50 per month based on usage. Covered secured parking is $100 per month extra, open secured parking is $75 per month. Off-site parking is plentiful and available near the property. Pet rent is based on type of animal.
