This 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom house is in a nice neighborhood. The house is clean with new, fresh carpet. Fridge and gas stove will be included. We work with tenants in different situations but do require income at a level 2.5x the rent. We do not accept section 8. Tenant is responsible for all utilities as well as lawn maintenance and snow removal. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
