Kitchen is in the process of getting a make over. 1/2 acre of lawn area, half of which is fenced in. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and garbage. Landlord is responsible for water, lawn care and snow removal. No smoking inside the house. There is a patio on the back of the house that can be used for smoking. Pets are limited to one dog and or one cat.
