There is a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The room is a standard size with a small walk in closet. It comes with a washer/ dryer. The private entrance leads out to a full backyard. The space is fully furnished. No smoking inside. This is a yearly lease. Utilities will be split 1/3 approximately $200 per month.

    Preferably a female that is over 55 years of age and dog friendly. A person that can live independently and able to climb stairs. Also, open to sharing a full kitchen which is upstairs. And someone who respects quiet hours at 11 p.m., clean and tidy!
