Had tub removed from upstairs bathroom and a step in shower, with handicap handles, installed ... during 2007 remodel, making it a 3/4 bath. No tub! Linoleum/Vinyl Flooring in small kitchen, replacing original flooring, during 2007 remodel. I turned small kitchen closet into a small pantry. I did it myself, when I moved into house. A Cedar Walk In Hall Closet, upstairs, and a crawl in attic storage space, that can be entered from/in upstairs large bedroom. In fact, several different places, inside house, that attic can be entered. The latest was created during 2007 remodel. New doors, windows, 30 year roof, small patio in back, etc., were completed during 2007 remodel. Has original detached one car garage, with attached porch deck, still useable ... but, have the opportunity to make own.
