The house is in a relatively quiet area, blocks from City Park for a peaceful walk, or quick stroll to coffee shops and restaurants but with extremely easy access to downtown and nightlife it's the best of both worlds! Also, you don't need to worry about a deadbeat landlord, as your housemate and landlord is one in the same, yours truly, so any issues/repairs can be dealt with quickly! Townhouse is three floors, 3 bed, 3.5 baths, and 2000+ sq ft. You'll have the bottom floor all to yourself which includes your bedroom and a living area. NOTE it is fully furnished. The living area includes a large sectional couch and 65" Samsung TV. Your bedroom has an en suite bathroom, walk in closet, and full-size dresser drawer; in other words more closets/shelves/drawer space than you could ever fill! If you take that as a challenge, there is also a storage closet downstairs and a garage for overflow storage needs. Place is available ASAP! Very flexible on lease timing but minimum of 30 days. If it provides any comfort, last tenant was a travel nurse who started on a 90 day lease and stayed for over a year because it worked out so well. He moved out to move in with his girlfriend that just moved to Denver and he's happy to provide a reference if helpful!
