You will need to park carefully. Parking on the street does not require a permit. Heat, water and garbage collection are included. Garbage is picked up Tuesday AM. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that trash is in bags and recycling is separated. Tenants can contact Comcast for Internet access at their own expense. No satellite dishes. Water from the washer drains into the garden. Tenants are asked to use detergent free soap so that plants are not harmed. Washing is cold water only. Tenants are asked to refrain from using the dryer Monday- Friday from 4pm to 9pm.
